Okay, if they came out dry, then you might have over-baked them a little bit. Mine were not dry when I made them, just the texture was more cookie dough-y than cakey. It is tricky to tell when they're done because the Nutella is always creamy, so when you test with a toothpick, you can't always tell if there is wet batter or just the Nutella.
