have done the cake made x and diet drinks for years , lemon with lemon cake , orange with orange i used bubbly carbonated flavored water, all worked just beautifully and so moist, carrot cake I did with orange was awesome so now brownies AWESOME

Hi Heidi! I haven't tried it myself but I don't see why not - I would pick a sweetened carbonated water for best results. Let me know if you end up trying it!

I don't like diet or regular coke but was wondering if carbonated water will work as a substitute. These brownies do look delicious and thanks for sharing.
