Just plain ol’ bread pudding . It was so good though and really moist ! I think she added extra milk or cream . I don’t remember which.
An older man at church heard me talking about the way she made it. I ask mama to make one for me to take to him. He told me that’s the way it was made when he was a little boy . He told me it was a treat to get that due to the ingredients being a little pricey .
I want to try yours . This is one of my favorite comfort food desserts.
When I make it on special occasions I never say the words bread and pudding together, until after they have had some.
