Hi Linda! I don’t usually bake with cake flour so I am not exactly sure. I would think the amount should be very similar! Google says to use 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of cake flour for each cup of AP flour you’re replacing. That would bring your total to 3 cups and 6 tablespoons of cake flour in this recipe. Hope that helps! Let me know how they turn out :-)]]></description>
