In reply to K Platner. Hi! What you need to do is set your loaf pan upright with the short side down. Think... almost like an upright bookshelf. Then stack in the squares of dough!

What a fun recipe! I love pull-apart bread, but I usually make them with fruit and sweet ingredients. Combining the idea with spinach and artichoke is such a great idea!
