Hi Michael! Thank you so much for your kind words! I think cranberries would be great in here. I would just be careful and maybe add a little more flour and/or a little less liquid to compensate for the juice that the cranberries will create! You may also have to bake a few extra minutes. But I think the flavor combo will be amazing!

Oh yes, I LOVE Cara Cara oranges! They are usually more widely available than blood oranges so those are usually my go-to!
