Hi Ruthra, I would not recommend that as butter and peanut butter are not interchangeable in this case. You could replace the butter for something like applesauce. I did test this cake with oil and it was too greasy so I do not recommend that as a substitute in this case either.

Hi Giedre! I haven't needed to squeeze out my grated carrots as they don't usually have a ton of excess liquid. Less work! 🙂
