Seriously decadent. I thought the Perfect Banana bread was the game changer; but this one is JUST AS PERFECT. Even the non-Vegans will LOVE. P.S. I ran out of vegetable oil in this one and used coconut oil instead. Consistency of the loaf was STILL there. ❤

This was exactly what I needed today because I couldn't decide between your traditional and double chocolate recipe! I used applesauce instead of oil, and 50:50 all purpose and whole wheat pastry flour. Otherwise, I stuck to the recipe as written. Great taste and texture! Thank you!
