I saw this yesterday and have already made it - used agave instead of mint syrup since I pulled my mint earlier this year (it was taking over the garden). So refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it while watching the kids play in the yard. And I have just enough for another batch tonight 🙂
