I love this recipe. It’s so easy and comes out perfectly. I use a silicone mini muffin tray and bake in my air fryer using the cake setting for 15 minutes. Occasionally I will use 5 bananas instead of 4 if they are on the small side. I also highly recommend using very ripe bananas and mashing thoroughly. Delicious!

Came to say that I’ve been making this banana bread recipe for years and love it! It turns out different every time but always delicious! Sometimes I add chocolate chips, sometimes walnuts and sometimes I make it without the sugar for my toddler. It’s a crowd pleaser! Best recipe out there. Thanks for sharing it with us!

I followed this recipe exactly (used an instant yeast packet instead of the fresh yeast) and the bombolinis we just perfect! This was literally my first time making any sort of yeasted or fried thing but they still came out looking like they were from a bakery (actually 100 times better than a bakery). Im going to make these so many times now!

Super-easy, I used a regular nonstick pan, peanut oil, russet potato sliced into fries with skin on, and electric stove turned to 5/10 then down to 4 once it started bubbling, for 20 minutes as directed. Fries were golden brown, soft inside, and not super-crispy but definitely not soggy. I'd maybe leave it on 5 next time for a little more crisp maybe.
