There's no need to head to the coffeeshop when you can make gourmet coffee right at home! This Raspberry Almond Cold Brew Latte combines sweet flavored coffee with almond milk and whipped coconut cream for a fancy, delicious drink!
Recipe type: Drinks
Serves: 8
  • one 1.5oz bag Door County Raspberry Almond Coffee
  • 8 cups cold water
  • *for one latte*
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • *for topping*
  • 1 can coconut cream, chilled overnight
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • slivered almonds and fresh raspberries
  1. The night before, prepare the cold brew coffee. Combine 1 bag of Door County Coffee with cold water in your French press (or another large pitcher/jar). Mix to combine, cover, and set in the fridge overnight. At this point, also place your can of coconut cream in the fridge to chill.
  2. The next day, you can filter the coffee! Either use the top of the French press, or pour the coffee through a fine mesh sieve lined with coffee filters. Your coffee is now ready to enjoy.
  3. For the whipped topping, carefully open the chilled can of coconut cream, and spoon out the solid coconut cream to a small bowl. Beat this with a hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and almond extracts, and finally the powdered sugar. Whisk everything together.
  4. To make a latte, combine the cold brew coffee with vanilla syrup and almond milk and mix. Top with a spoonful of the coconut cream, slivered almonds, and raspberries. Enjoy!
