  • 2 cups milk {dairy or nondairy, just make sure it's unsweetened!}
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • whipped cream, to serve
  1. In a medium nonstick pot, combine the milk and white chocolate chips, and turn burner on medium-low.
  2. Whisk continuously until the white chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add in the vanilla, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree, and whisk until everything is lump-free and silky.
  4. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin spice, and serve immediately!
  5. Pro tip: don't let these sit around for too long, or the spice in the hot chocolate will start to settle in the bottom! So don't do that. Ew.
