vegan chocolate coconut protein waffles

Serves: 4 waffles
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior chocolate protein powder
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 14oz can lite coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • salt
  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, vinegar, and melted coconut oil, and mix vigorously to combine.
  4. When waffle iron is ready, spray generously with nonstick spray and cook waffles.
  5. Serve with berries and maple syrup!
