  • 2 VeganEgg "eggs" (4 tbsp mix + 1 cup ice water)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 6-8 slices stale bread
  • to serve: sliced fruit and agave or maple syrup
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Vegan Egg and ice water until thickened and creamy.
  2. Whisk in the milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and agave or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray, and set on medium-high heat.
  4. Dunk the slices of bread in the egg mixture, and cook in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown on the outside and firm.
  5. Serve immediately with fruit and syrup!
