  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • for topping: toasted coconut, melted chocolate, fresh fruit
  1. First, shake up the can of coconut milk well to ensure there is no separation between the coconut cream and the thinner coconut milk.
  2. Mix the coconut milk with the desired flavorings, such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or pureed berries.
  3. Pour the coconut milk mixture into ice cube trays, and allow to freeze until solid.
  4. When ready to serve, blend the coconut ice cubes in a food processor or blender until fluffy and shaved.
  5. Serve immediately with desired toppings!
