  • 2 Bosc pears
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 wedge Castello Cheese Extra Creamy Blue Cheese
  1. First, rinse and dry your pears, and cut each into 8 slices.
  2. Place a spoonful of blue cheese on each wedge of pear.
  3. Cut your prosciutto slices in half length-wise, and wrap a strip of prosciutto around each pear piece.
  4. Serve immediately!
