Recipe type: Meat & Seafood
Serves: 4
  • 1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups BordenĀ® Cheese Cheddar & Monterey Jack Shreds
  1. First, saute' the artichokes (optional). Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan, and add in the drained artichokes, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Cook until lightly golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil, and line with parchment if desired.
  3. Sprinkle a little flour on a clean working surface, and roll the pizza dough out to about 15" x 25", making sure it doesn't get too thin or tear.
  4. Sprinkle on the chicken, spinach, artichokes, Alfredo sauce, and finally the BordenĀ® Cheese.
  5. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza you have into even 5"x5" squares {I was able to get about 15}.
  6. Gently stack the squares on top of each other, and transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Allow loaf to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  8. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400F and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve warm!
