  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • for topping: kiwi slices, raspberries, blueberries, halved strawberries, chia seeds, hemp hearts
  1. In a blender, combine the cashew milk, spinach, cucumber, fruit, and peanut butter, and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in the ice cubes, and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a large shallow bowl, and decorate as desired with the reserved fruit, chia, and hemp hearts. Enjoy immediately!
