strawberries & cream hot chocolate

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk {dairy or non-dairy both work!}
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and with green tops removed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar {to taste}
  • 1-2 drops pink food coloring {optional}
  • to decorate: whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the milk and strawberries and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour strawberry milk into a small pot, and set over medium heat.
  3. Add in the white chocolate chips and sugar, and heat, whisking often, until mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Mix in pink food coloring, if desired.
  4. Divide into cups and serve immediately topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and marshmallows!
