Change up your morning routine with a cup of warmly spiced Vanilla Cinnamon Cold Brew Latte! It can be enjoyed iced or hot!

Serves: 2 cups
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2oz ground coffee
  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup vanilla syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk {or your favorite milk}
  1. First, prepare the cold brew. Combine the 2 cups of water, coffee, and cinnamon in a large jar. Shake to mix and place in the fridge to brew, at least overnight.
  2. When ready to prepare, strain the coffee. I place a coffee filter in a sieve and pour the coffee mixture through it to filter. Personally, I do it twice as some coffee grounds always stray in there!
  3. Add the vanilla syrup into the strained coffee and mix.
  4. Divide the coffee mixture into two cups, and top off with almond milk. Enjoy iced or warm!
