chocolate peanut butter dessert hummus

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- 2-3 tbsp nondairy milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- to serve: fresh fruit, pretzels, cookies
- Add chickpeas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, agave, 2 tbsp milk, vanilla, and salt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- If needed, add a tablespoon of two of more milk to make the dessert hummus creamy and smooth.
- Serve hummus with pretzels, graham cracker, or your favorite fruits.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
