Ingredients

  • one 1.5oz bag Door County Raspberry Almond Coffee
  • 8 cups cold water
  • *for one latte*
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • *for topping*
  • 1 can coconut cream chilled overnight
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • slivered almonds and fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • The night before, prepare the cold brew coffee. Combine 1 bag of Door County Coffee with cold water in your French press (or another large pitcher/jar). Mix to combine, cover, and set in the fridge overnight. At this point, also place your can of coconut cream in the fridge to chill.
  • The next day, you can filter the coffee! Either use the top of the French press, or pour the coffee through a fine mesh sieve lined with coffee filters. Your coffee is now ready to enjoy.
  • For the whipped topping, carefully open the chilled can of coconut cream, and spoon out the solid coconut cream to a small bowl. Beat this with a hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and almond extracts, and finally the powdered sugar. Whisk everything together.
  • To make a latte, combine the cold brew coffee with vanilla syrup and almond milk and mix. Top with a spoonful of the coconut cream, slivered almonds, and raspberries. Enjoy!
