First, preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in your cubes of cold butter, and using a pastry blender, mix in until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
Add in the lime juice, lime zest, and blackberries, and toss gently to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream and add into the dough. Mix until it comes together.
Finally, add in the cream cheese in small pieces, mixing until JUST combined (you want the cream cheese to stay in chunks throughout the dough!)
Generously flour a clean working surface, knead the dough a few times, then gently pat into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter, or into triangles like traditional scones.
Place scones on prepared baking sheet, then brush with the reserved heavy cream and sprinkle on the turbinado sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes, until puffy and golden brown. If the tops are a little pale, you can carefully broil for 1-2 minutes until a bit more golden. Enjoy warm!
