chocolate peanut butter protein mug cake

- 1 scoop whey protein {vanilla or chocolate both work!}
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 1 packet Stevia
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- peanut butter and dark chocolate chips for topping
In a large, microwave-safe mug, mix together all the ingredients except the toppings. Batter should be sticky and thick!
Microwave for 45 seconds-1:30, being careful to NOT overcook! I recommend starting with less time and adding a little bit if needed. If overcooked, it will be rubbery.
Serve immediately with peanut butter and chocolate chips on top!
