chocolate peanut butter protein mug cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein {vanilla or chocolate both work!}
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • peanut butter and dark chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • In a large, microwave-safe mug, mix together all the ingredients except the toppings. Batter should be sticky and thick!
  • Microwave for 45 seconds-1:30, being careful to NOT overcook! I recommend starting with less time and adding a little bit if needed. If overcooked, it will be rubbery.
  • Serve immediately with peanut butter and chocolate chips on top!
