fudgy s'mores brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 family-size 13x9 box mix of fudgy brownies, plus eggs, oil, etc. called for in instructions
  • graham crackers
  • semisweet chocolate chips
  • stacker marshmallows or just plain mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F. Grab an 8x8 baking dish and line with parchment paper, and set aside for now.
  • In a medium bowl, prepare brownie mix as directed.
  • Get your prepared baking dish, and pour in about ⅓ of the brownie batter, using a spatula to make sure the whole bottom of the dish is evenly covered.
  • Make one even layer on top of the batter with the graham crackers, followed by a layer of marshmallows, and a scant layer of chocolate chips.
  • Top with remaining brownie batter.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out sorta clean... the chocolate chips and marshmallows will make it hard to tell, but don't overbake!
  • Let the brownie rest for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan, and wait at least one hour before cutting! Enjoy!
