Hi Jacqui! I have not personally tried this recipe with canned pears but I don&#039;t think it will be an issue! I do think they would cook much faster than fresh so keep that in mind when making the pear filling mixture. If you get pears in syrup, I would rinse them off so that the mixture isn&#039;t too sweet! Do let me know if you give it a try!]]></description>
