These are so good, moist and flaky! Made these for my family and they all devoured them! I have made them many times, and sometimes just cook the tofu and eat that - the seasonings are so good on it!

In reply to Brianna. Hey! I think when I wrote the recipe, I used McCormick's poultry seasoning mix. But you can use any that you'd like. Chicken salt is also great! These are mixes made *for* chicken, they don't contain chicken, so all should be vegan!

In reply to Tvarita. Hey Tvarita! No, you can definitely skip the worcestershire sauce - I know a vegan version can be hard to find. You can just omit it or add a bit more soy sauce in its place :)

These are so good! I had one out of the oven then cooled and froze the rest. To reheat, I defrosted them in the microwave for about 45 seconds then put them in the toaster for a minute to get them a little crunchy. Delicious both ways!
