- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 packet of frozen pitaya puree about ½ cup
- ½ cup cannellini beans rinsed well and drained
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 cup nondairy milk
- handful of ice cubes optional
To make the smoothie, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
