chocolate peanut butter chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk {I like soy!}
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 packet stevia {you can also sub 1-2 tablespoon honey or agave to taste}

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the milk with the cocoa, peanut butter, and stevia. Be sure to use a whisk as the peanut butter can be tricky to mix in!
  • Add in the chia and mix well. Chia pudding will thicken in about 15 minutes for enjoying right away, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
