rainbow green smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cucumber peeled
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • for topping: kiwi slices raspberries, blueberries, halved strawberries, chia seeds, hemp hearts

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cashew milk, spinach, cucumber, fruit, and peanut butter, and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in the ice cubes, and blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a large shallow bowl, and decorate as desired with the reserved fruit, chia, and hemp hearts. Enjoy immediately!
