Preheat the oven to 350F, and line three cookie sheets with parchment or silicone mats.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the brownie mix and flour.

Add in the eggs and vegetable oil, and mix until well-combined. Dough will be thick.

Pour some powdered sugar in a small bowl, drop a spoonful of cookie dough in it, and roll it around until completely coated in sugar. Place on the prepared cookie sheet, and repeat with remaining dough.

Bake in preheated oven for 11-13 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
