Preheat oven to 375F, and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle, beat the butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract until creamy and combined.
Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms. Finally stir in the chocolate chips.
Form tablespoon-sized balls of dough, and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Dust with powdered sugar as soon as you remove them from the oven.
