First, let your chicken wings thaw out if they are frozen.
Preheat the oven to 400F, line a baking sheet with foil, and place a wire rack on top. Lightly spray the rack with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the wings and all the seasonings, mixing well to ensure all the wings are evenly coated.
Spread the wings out on the prepared rack, making sure they are not crowded or touching {you may need a second pan if that is the case!}
Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
When wings are done, turn the broiler on to 500F and broil them for 3-4 minutes, until the skin is crisp and bubbly. Watch carefully as they can burn very quickly!
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, garlic, garlic salt, and Parmesan for the sauce. Toss in the hot wings, and mix until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with an additional sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top!
