First, line two baking sheets with parchment.
Roll out your dough on a well-floured surface into a large rectangle, and cut it into 3 parts short-ways {so that you get 3 short and wide pieces}. Cut each section into strips, and gently "tie" into knots.
Place knots on your prepared baking sheets, and put in a warm place for at least 30 minutes so the rolls can rise.
When ready to bake, heat the oven to 350F.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and turn the broiler on.
In a small bowl, grate the garlic using a microplane and combine it with the melted butter and parsley.
Brush the mixture over all the rolls, and sprinkle with a little bit of additional salt.
Place the knots under the broiler for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and delicious.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
