ice cream sundae cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box confetti cake mix plus ingredients called for on box
  • Smucker's ice cream toppings {marshmallow hot fudge, caramel}
  • whipped cream
  • sprinkles
  • maraschino cherries
  • other toppings such as chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Mix and bake cupcakes according to package directions, and allow to cool completely before continuing.
  • When cupcakes are cooled, top as desired with traditional ice cream sundaes. Some good combinations include chocolate and whipped cream, marshmallow and chocolate, or caramel with mini chocolate chips. Be creative!
