Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz bag shredded hash brown potatoes {or 3-4 fresh potatoes}
  • nonstick spray
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat up your waffle iron.
  • When it's heated through, spray with nonstick spray, and place about ½ cup of shredded potatoes on the iron. The exact amount will vary with your waffle iron, just make sure it is completely covered and almost overflowing! Top with salt and pepper, and shut the iron.
  • Let the potatoes cool for 5-6 minutes, until the outsides are golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve immediately!
