In a small bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth and creamy.

Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray, then fill cups about ½ of the way with melted chocolate. Insert paper straws in the center of the cups {you might need to hold onto them for a minute until the chocolate solidifies enough to hold them up!}

Sprinkle mini marshmallows on each cup, then transfer pan to fridge and cool off until completely solidified.

When solid, carefully remove cups from muffin pan by gently twisting the straw. They should pop right out!

Stir the chocolate straws into hot milk to create instant hot chocolate!
