Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • nonstick spray
  • paper straws

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth and creamy.
  • Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray, then fill cups about ½ of the way with melted chocolate. Insert paper straws in the center of the cups {you might need to hold onto them for a minute until the chocolate solidifies enough to hold them up!}
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows on each cup, then transfer pan to fridge and cool off until completely solidified.
  • When solid, carefully remove cups from muffin pan by gently twisting the straw. They should pop right out!
  • Stir the chocolate straws into hot milk to create instant hot chocolate!
