- 2 cups milk {dairy or nondairy just make sure it's unsweetened!}
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- whipped cream to serve
In a medium nonstick pot, combine the milk and white chocolate chips, and turn burner on medium-low.
Whisk continuously until the white chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add in the vanilla, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree, and whisk until everything is lump-free and silky.
Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and extra pumpkin spice, and serve immediately!
Pro tip: don't let these sit around for too long, or the spice in the hot chocolate will start to settle in the bottom! So don't do that. Ew.
