Toasted Angel Food Cake

- 4 thick slices of angel food cake {I used store-bought}
- 4 tablespoon MELT original buttery spread
- Mixed fresh berries for serving {optional}
Preheat a medium nonstick pan over medium heat.
Divide the MELT spread evenly, and slather on both sides of your angel food cake slices.
Place them, buttered side down, in your warmed pan. Let the slices cook for a couple of minutes, until golden brown and crunchy, then flip and repeat the process.
Serve immediately with mixed berries and enjoy! :)
