This is one of the few foods that one of my grandchildren will eat. He loves it, and the rest of the family does too! Thanks for sharing this healthy recipe with the “hidden” vegetables. This freezes well - I often make the sauce ahead of time and freeze it to have on hand.

I used to make something similar when I was a kid I knew I had written down the recipe but I can’t seem to find it 🙁 they were the best tasting and fun cupcakes ever I will be trying this recipe today as the cupcakes look identical to the ones I used to make!

I love this recipe. It’s so easy and comes out perfectly. I use a silicone mini muffin tray and bake in my air fryer using the cake setting for 15 minutes. Occasionally I will use 5 bananas instead of 4 if they are on the small side. I also highly recommend using very ripe bananas and mashing thoroughly. Delicious!

BEST FRIES EVER!!! I would make some adjustments but this is only due to personal preferences. Next time I would cut the fries a little thinner and I would fry for 2-3 minutes longer for optimal crispness. My stove is electric so I had to cook them on medium and for 10 minutes longer than the recipe called for. Amazingly delicious.
