- 2 croissants
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup arugula
- ¼ lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 2 slices provolone cheese
First, cook the bacon to your personal preference.
Slice the croissants in half, and toast lightly {I just set them on top of my toaster on the low setting until the outside crisps up!}.
Split the avocado in half, and mash one half in each croissant, topping with the garlic salt and the arugula.
Lay the turkey slices on top, followed by the bacon and the cheese.
Serve immediately!
