vegan chunky monkey protein ice cream

Ingredients

  • 6-7 bananas sliced and frozen
  • 3 scoops Sunwarrior Classic PLUS Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, blend the frozen banana slices until they form a thick cream, similar to ice cream.
  • Add in the protein powder and blend, then add in the almond milk, a little at a time, until the bananas return to a smooth and creamy consistency. You might not need all the milk!
  • Stir in the chocolate chunks and walnuts. Serve immediately, or spread in a 9x5 loaf pan, and store in the freezer for later. Enjoy!
