Wash the lemons and the mint.
Juice the lemons, and pour the liquid in a pitcher. Add in the water and the Stevia, and combine using a whisk.
Tear the mint leaves by hand, and add them into the pitcher.
Slice an additional lemon, and add the slices to the pitcher as well.
Place the pitcher in the fridge, and let the flavors infuse for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice with additional mint leaves and lemon slices!
*Note: the Stevia can be replaced by ½ cup sugar*
