    For those nights when you're buried in homework and have a million things to do, grab some fresh sushi, Diet Coke®, smartwater and a few friends! This is my winning combination for a stress-free, productive study date!

    Hello friends and happy Thursday! I don't know about y'all, but this has been the longest.week.ever. I'm nearing final exams, which means I have no spare time for anything, including any complicated cooking! For those busy nights where you have a million things to do and to study, but still want to be social and eat healthy, I have the perfect solution. Head to Kroger, grab a variety of fresh sushi from the sushi bar, a few bottles of Diet Coke® and smartwater, and a few friends. And that's it, dinner is served! This is how I organize the perfect, stress-free study date.

    But truly, what kind of friend would say no to studying in a group with all of these delicious goodies?! I planned this as a "working lunch" type of thing, and with four of us, I grabbed 4 different varieties of sushi rolls to mix and match. I tried to choose a little bit of everything, so I did a box of various California rolls, a shrimp roll, a crab roll, and some raw nigiri sushi. If you're wanting to do a lighter, snack-time study group, you can always grab fewer rolls {or invite more friends to share!}

    After picking a time and place for our study date, I headed to Kroger to buy all the necessities! I grabbed a few Diet Cokes, because every student knows caffeine is essential to studying! I also bought some smartwater so we would be sure to stay hydrated. I then headed to the sushi bar to pick out my rolls! I went shopping later in the afternoon, but if you go to Kroger earlier in the day, you can see the sushi chefs making all the food, and can even request custom rolls. The Wasabi Crunch Roll was available as a sample, and it was so yummy I decided to buy one for myself! For a limited time, you can pick up an in-store coupon for $1 off when you buy both sushi and smartwater 1L or Diet Coke 20oz, while supplies last. That's a win-win in my book!

    Fresh sushi, Diet Coke, and smartwater are the perfect solution for a quick and delicious meal when you're crunched for time! Whether you're with friends, family, or just need a convenient dinner for one, it's sure to be a winner. What could be better than something yummy paired with more free time to do what's important to you? I hope you try this easy, tasty solution next time you need a fast meal. Cheers to more free time for studying! 😉
