Whip up some spooky Halloween fun with these Vanishing Candy Corn Cocktails! Watch the cotton candy garnish melt away as you pour Prosecco on top!
Hi friends and happy Friday! I can't believe today is already the last day of #HalloweenTreatsWeek. Wah! It went by so fast, but honestly it has been SO much fun! I loved creating and sharing all these fun Halloween treats with you guys, and for the grand finale, I brought cocktails. Oh yes I did. These Vanishing Candy Corn Cocktails just require some candy corn, Cointreau, Prosecco, and the secret ingredient - COTTON CANDY. They're super simple to make but very tasty, and such a fun party trick!

For these vanishing candy corn cocktails, if there had to be a sponsor... it would be the dollar store! 😉 It is full of fun seasonal goodies for cheap, and that is where I got these fun skeleton cups, the candy corn, AND the candy corn cotton candy. Take a peek at your local dollar store and maybe you'll find some of these fun trinkets too!
These candy corn cocktails are sweet, refreshing, and get a hit of citrus from the Cointreau which balances out all the sugar nicely! If you want to make them a little lighter, just omit the liquor and use more Prosecco. You will still get plenty of bubbles and flavor that way! To assemble these drinks, just place a few candy corn pieces in the bottom of your cup, and top with 1 oz of Cointreau. I will warn you that if it sits there long enough... the candy corn will MELT into your alcohol! Totally up to you if you want that to happen or not. Prepare ahead of time at your own risk. Then fill the rest of the cup with cotton candy, being careful not to touch the liquid in the bottom. When ready to wow your guests, pour Prosecco into the cups and watch the cotton candy completely disappear! Just like magic. 😉

Ingredients
- *for one cocktail*
- small handful of candy corn
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 cup Prosecco
- cotton candy
Instructions
- Place the candy corn in a glass, and top with the Cointreau. Fill the rest of the glass with the cotton candy, being careful to not let it touch the liquids.
- When ready to serve, pour in the Prosecco to top off the glass and watch the cotton candy vanish!
