IT'S THANKSGIVING DAY! Someone help us! Or, well, help you, that is. I'm not at home with my family this Thanksgiving, but my brother and my dad are coming to Aggieland to go to the A&M/LSU football game with me today! We're not doing a big dinner or anything, since there are just 3 of us this year, but I figured I still needed to make them something tasty and delicious. Enter, this amazing appetizer: baked brie. Basically the BEST thing ever, y'all. Where has this been my entire life?! And the best part is that it's so stupidly easy. All you need is three ingredients and 25 minutes in the oven, and you will become everyone's favorite person. If you like melty cheese, or flaky pastry, or the combination of sweet-spicy-savory, you will adore this!

Like I mentioned, you just need three simple ingredients to make this show-stopping appetizer! A wheel of brie cheese, a sheet of puff pastry, and some of Robert's Reserve Cranberry Pomegranate Jalapeno Sauce {you can find this at your local H-E-B!}. Just place your puff pastry on a baking sheet with some parchment paper, top with your cheese, and spread a generous amount of cranberry sauce on top. Then, wrap the pastry around, brush with some egg-wash, and throw this in the oven for 25 minutes. This involves a total of like, 5 minutes of prep, but it's seriously life changing! I posted this on Instagram and a bunch of fellow foodies commented and said they adore baked brie. I can't believe I lived a whole 21 years of life before tasting this! Don't be like me. Eat this now. And share with your family, because sharing is caring, and you definitely don't want to be left alone with a whole wheel of melted, gooey cheese. Trust me. Side note, how precious is my Texas shaped cheese board! I found it at H-E-B in the clearance rack, and I am obseeessssed. Raid your local grocery store before Black Friday if you want to try to get one! They are gorgeous and will definitely go fast.
