These easy & quick Berry Popsicle Cocktails will become your go-to drink for summer! Simple to customize, and so fun for entertaining!

Hiiii friends and happy Tuesday! I am calling today Thirsty Tuesday so that I can share these delicious {and ridiculously easy} cocktails. Say hello to your new favorite summer drink - Berry Popsicle Cocktails! All you need is berries, popsicles, and your wine of choice. Pour and drink up! The popsicles add flavor to your wine of course, but they also chill it, so it's a great drink for a hot summer night!

I have to first and foremost thank JoyJolt for partnering with me for this recipe! They sent me these stunning wine glasses from their new Black Swan collection and I am in LOVE. How pretty is that inky black in the stem and at the bottom of the cup?! When I got these pretty cups, all I could think of was that I had to make a blackberry or blueberry cocktail to really play up that purply-black accent. I ended up going with both and just making an all-berry drink! It's summery and fun, but still pretty enough to look good in these sophisticated cups. If you want to buy some of these gorgeous glasses for yourself, JoyJolt is offering 25% off the Black Swan collection with code BAKINGFAIRY25!

Here's my favorite thing about these berry popsicle cocktails... nobody says they HAVE to be berry! It is so easy to mix and match popsicle flavors and wines to your own preference! I used açaí blueberry popsicles and rosè wine, but you could do...

    • Peach popsicles + white wine
    • Strawberry popsicles + rosè
    • Raspberry popsicles + red wine
    • Pineapple coconut popsicles + white wine (like a pina colada!)
    • And for Fourth of July... a bomb pop with white wine! It would be SO fun!

If you want your drinks to be stronger, you can easily add a little liquor to the wine too. Just make it your own!
