Happy Tuesday, buddies! It's day two of #BrunchWeek and I have a yummy drink for you - Iced Lavender Latte! This cold coffee drink is super easy to make, and has a lovely subtle lavender flavor for a perfectly springy way to start the day. No need to mess with making your own flavoring or anything, either - Torani has you covered! Their delicious lavender and vanilla syrups will have your iced coffee ready in a pinch. Just as important as the drink you serve, however... is WHAT you serve it in! I was gifted these gorgeous Stella glasses from JoyJolt and they worked perfectly in this recipe!

I'll be the first to admit I don't have a lot of experience with lavender in food. It's not a flavor I normally gravitate to, so I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it. Well, I am very happy to announce that lavender is definitely a winner, especially in this coffee! I mixed it with vanilla syrup as to not be too overpowering, so it lends a lovely floral note without tasting like body wash {which is what I was afraid of!}. The lavender & vanilla work so well together to create an iced latte that tastes like spring!

I've been on the lookout for what my fellow bloggers have been making with the lavender syrup, and I am definitely impressed so far! My friend Christie over at A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures made these awesome LAVENDER MARGARITAS which sound amazing! Liz at Eat Move Make made these gorgeous Strawberry Lavender Smoothies, and Snacks & Sips made some lovely Sparkling Lavender Lemonade. I never knew there were so many fun uses for lavender syrup!
